Apple Event: Recapping Last-Minute Rumors for iPhone 15 and More

We’re only one day away from Apple’s annual September event, and there have been various last-minute rumors about the iPhone 15 and other gadgets, as is customary. The event will begin at 10 a.m. Pacific Time on Tuesday, with a live stream available on YouTube, Apple’s website, and the Apple Events app on the Apple TV.

Because of a lightweight titanium frame, iPhone 15 Pro models will reportedly weigh roughly 10% less than iPhone 14 Pro models. According to rumors, the iPhone 15 Pro may be the lightest Pro model since the iPhone XS or iPhone 11 Pro.

Leather (and maybe silicone) accessories such as iPhone covers and Apple Watch bands are expected to be phased out in favor of more environmentally friendly alternatives.

The “Pro Max” moniker is expected to continue for at least another year, as the “iPhone 15 Ultra” appears to be ruled out.

In the United States, an estimated $100 price increase may be confined to the iPhone 15 Pro Max.

¬†Watch Ultra variants are expected to use a next-generation “U2” processor for improved Ultra Wideband connection.

According to reports, the iPhone 15, Apple Watch Series 9, and second-generation Apple Watch Ultra models will include a next-generation “U2” processor for better Ultra Wideband communication.
