Pixel Watch tracks heart rate and sports activity and offers native support for maps and wallets. It supports calls and has a fully autonomous version with eSIM.

Promotional materials revealed three different versions, each with a different strap and mechanism. The side buttons aren’t new, but it turns out that all versions will be painted to match the body.
