Infinix just made the news with the teaser of Infinix Ultra Zero, allegedly the company’s first phone ever made with a 200MP camera (and its first with 180W fast charging too, improving on Note 12 VIPs 120W). The company has another phone with an impressive camera in the works.
According to our source, one of the upcoming Zero phone will be the first on the market to have a 60MP front camera with Optical Image Stabilization (OIS). Selfie cameras with OIS are very rare and the highest resolution you can get right now is on 2021`s Vivo V21 (and V21 5G) with a 44MP sensor.
According to reports, this Infinix Zero phone would be the first to offer a 60MP selfie camera with OIS.
Unconfirmed rumors claim that the next iPhone 14 Pro and 14 Pro Max contain OIS selfie cameras, however, aside from those two models, no other 2022 model will have this capability at any resolution (the Vivo V23 phones this year did away with OIS and some models added an ultra-wide module in its place).
Our source also sent us spy footage of one of the upcoming Infinix Zero models. I’m not 100% sure if these pictures show the phone in question has his 60MP OIS front-facing camera.
The design is similar to what we’ve seen in leaked images of the Zero Ultra. However, the Ultra is said to have a 32MP front camera, so we assume these are different phones.
Anyway, Infinix will officially announce the Zero Ultra on October 5th, and this Zero model could be on board.
