Oukitel introduced the WP19 rugged smartphone in June. We’ve learned that the Pro model will be released next month, possibly on December 12. We now have some information about the Oukitel WP19 Pro, including images. So let’s take a look at what it has to offer.
Oukitel WP19 Pro will come with MediaTek Helio G99 SoC
The Helio G99 SoC will power the Oukitel WP19 Pro, which will have 12GB of RAM and 256GB of storage onboard. It’s expandable by up to 2TB. It will come with Android 13. However, we are unsure how many OS version upgrades it will receive.
The Oukitel WP19 Pro will have a 6.8″ FullHD+ LCD with Gorilla Glass protection and a refresh rate of 120 Hz, which is an improvement over the WP19’s 90 Hz refresh rate. The battery capacity has also been increased by 1,000 mAh, resulting in a massive 22,000 mAh cell in the WP19 Pro. The charging rate remains unchanged at 33 W.
The rugged smartphone will come packed with four cameras: a 64MP primary (Samsung sensor), a 20MP night vision (Sony sensor), a 2MP macro, and a 16MP selfie.
The WP19 Pro will promote with the tagline “Safest and Toughest 22,000 mAh Explorer+”. It will be certified to IP68, IP69K, and MIL-STD-810H. It will be 29mm thick and 592.3g in weight.
