iPhone 14 Pro users are complaining about battery issues on Apple’s newly launched phones. According to user reports on Reddit, several customers say that their iPhone 14 Pro reboots every 10-20 minutes, while he’s charging via a wired or wireless connection. Previously, some early users of the iPhone 14 Pro series claimed that the new smartphone’s rear-facing camera setup would shake and make noise when using third-party apps like Snapchat and Instagram. Apple later released the iOS 16.0.2 update. This fixes an issue with the smartphone camera that was causing the rattling sound.
Some iPhone 14 Pro users on Reddit have posted that the phone reboots intermittently while charging via MagSafe or Lightning cable. This issue was first reported last week. According to user reports, both iPhone 14 Pro and iPhone 14 Pro Max devices running iOS 16 versions, including iOS 16.1 beta 2 and stable iOS 16.0.2 release versions, are currently facing this issue.
According to one user, this issue only occurs when the battery is 90-95%, specifically 93% charged, and the phone is idle. Apple has not yet responded to user complaints. Affected users have also not found a workaround to fix the issue, though some say that disabling background app refresh in the Settings app was able to prevent random loading restarts increase.
As mentioned, this is not the first bug reported by iPhone 14 Pro users. Early users of the handset claimed that the handset’s rear-facing camera setup wobbled violently and made noise when using third-party apps like Snapchat and Instagram. According to the native camera app, the iPhone 14 Pro model is working fine without any issues.
Last week, the Cupertino giant released his iOS 16.0.2 update, proving a fix for a bug that causes camera shake and blurry photos when shooting with some third-party apps. Apple announced the iPhone 14 series at his Sept. 7 Far Out launch event.
